In 1978, a gruesome murder occurred in Hong Kong. Eight years later, the severed hands of a new victim were discovered by children on a beach in Macao. A group of rough and carefree police officers launch an investigation, casting suspicion on Wong Chi Hang, the recently acquired owner of the Eight Immortals Restaurant known for its delicious pork buns. The severed hands belong to the former owner's missing mother, who, along with his family, has vanished without a trace. Moreover, the restaurant's staff members keep disappearing, and Wong is unable to provide a signed bill of sale. However, there is no concrete evidence to link him to the crimes. Despite this, the police arrest Wong and resort to torturing him to obtain a confession. Will they succeed in making him talk? And what secrets lie within those enticing pork buns?
